What is the cancellation policy?
Please note that cancellation policies may vary for customized private tours and packaged plans.
For customized plans, please refer to the tour terms and conditions page.

How about tips for drivers and guides?
There is a tipping custom in Sri Lanka, but it is not a strict rule. Please think of it as a token of your appreciation and reward for the results. Our drivers and guides are expected to tip about 1,200 to 1,500 rupees per day.
We would appreciate it if you could give it to us when you say goodbye on the last day.

Can you accommodate food allergies?
We are very sorry, but we are unable to provide specialized arrangements regarding your health.
Please contact restaurants and other establishments regarding food product traceability and the ingredients they use.

Is there a dress code at the temples?
Buddhist temples and World Heritage sites have religious dress code etiquette, so please see below.
Please note that shorts above the knee and sleeveless tops are not permitted for both men and women. (In religious places, showing too much skin is considered bad manners.) Pants or skirts that reach below the knee are OK.
For children in kindergarten or the lower grades of elementary school, it is fine to have them sit on your lap.
Please choose a shirt that covers your shoulders and does not have a large opening at the chest.
In Buddhist temples, white is the preferred color, but the color is not as strict for foreigners.
Please be aware that at prestigious temples such as the Temple of the Tooth Relic, you may be refused entry if you are obviously drinking at the security check, and you may be asked to change clothes if your attire is inappropriate.

Can you make a hotel reservation?
Except for package tours, we generally ask that you make your own hotel reservations at the hotel of your choice.
However, if you have special circumstances, we can make the reservation on your behalf, so please contact us.

Can you provide me with an invoice and receipts?
Yes. We can provide you with a quotation, invoice, and receipt in the official format. Normally, only a receipt and a voucher (reservation ticket) are issued after payment, but if you require an invoice for a company, we will issue it promptly.
